Supply list for tee-shirt quilt workshop.
Tee shirts 10-15 is a good starting point.
Enough fabric for sashing (if using sashing) Cut this into several strips, some 2½, 3½ and 4½ inches. You’ll probably use more of the 2½ inch strips than the others.
Basic sewing supplies, thread, bobbins, tape measure, pins, etc.
Scissors, rotary cutter and mat, 18-24 inch ruler for cutting shirts.
Sewing machine in good working order. Don’t forget the foot pedal.
Iron/ ironing surface or board.
The lightest weight fusible interfacing you can find. I use Pellon from Joann‘s. (not the stretchy kind!)
Pressing cloth. This can be a square of muslin big enough to cover the front of the tee shirt.
A chair cushion if you need one.
A traveling table top light if you need one.
